Letter from the President
During your travel through the U4 site you might find an acronym or a Telco term that you might not be familiar with. Please feel free to use our telecommunications glossary. Please visit our U4Blog, allowing you a behind the scenes look into our company. We offer cutting edge services and we want to let you know what we are doing. If there are any new services you are interested in, or if you have a suggestion for something we can do better, please visit our feedback form. While we know there are thousands of telecommunications companies for you to choose from, we hope that you choose us not only because of price, but also for our knowledgeable customer service staff. One of the main reasons I started this company was that I was tired of the big company mentality of not caring about you, the customer, and yet taking your money because there was no competition. As U4 grows, we plan to have a local customer service office in every major territory we serve.
There are many people I would like to thank and the list is never complete. First, I owe everything to God. Secondly, I wish to thank my wife for her patience and her time. I thank my parents who have always been willing to lend a helping hand. Finally, thank you to our employees, investors, agents and vendors. We wouldn’t be able to conduct business without you.
