- Unified: U4 will not give its customers the run-around. Our clients will not be passed from person to person or have to wade through a sea of menu options before they talk to someone. Every Call-Service representative will be able to handle any situation.
- Understanding: U4 customers will be valued as a name and not a number. Our customers will be treated with the respect they deserve. Every attempt will be made to solve their problem. They will always be treated politely and respectfully.
- Unconditional: U4’s customer satisfaction guarantee: Our personnel will not stop working until a customer’s problem is solved or their task is completed. U4 still believes the customer is always right.
- Unsurpassed: U4’s goal is to provide the best possible service. We are not content to have good service for our clients; we want to give them the best.
