U4 installs our first 1.5TB NAS

Zak our IT director recently purchased our first 1.5 TB hard drive within our corporate office. This NAS will be used for nightly backups as our internal data is growing as our customers continue to grow. We will soon be deploying a NAS in Rochester, New York within a data center for redundancy and customer storage of recorded phone calls, customer agreements, and other important offsite backup files. Many of you might be asking what a NAS is; a NAS is Network Attached Storage. TB stands for Terabyte which is equal to 1000 gigs of hard drive space.

U4 processes a record 1 million minutes

This past month U4LD processed 1 million long distance phone calls for its customers. This number also reflects calls that we sell to other long distance companies every month. This has been a milestone that we have been looking for since we have started. Our next significant goal in LD processing is 10 million minutes per month. U4LD currently provides LD service in 43 states in the United States. Come grow with U4!
