U4Store open Tuesday thru Friday (26th-29th)

U4 offices will be closed December 25th but will reopen on December 26th at regular business hours Tuesday at 8 AM.

First Manager Meeting discussing website

Today we started an all day meeting discussing the new website. We are estimating it will last approximately two days to go through the entire site.

U4 develops internal procedures to link customer’s accounts

We have recently had some suggestions from our customer service reps asking for a way for them to know if a customer’s account is related to another customer. We developed a way within our billing system to link accounts together. This allows our CSR’s to see if a residential account is linked to a business account or vise versa.

U4 achieves three months cash flow positive

Today we announced that U4 achieved three consecutive months of cash flow positive.

First U4MOBILE Press Release

We sent out our first press release to the public today in regards to U4MOBILE. U4 will soon be able to offer cell phone service to business and residential customers. We will be able to place this all on one bill.

Slabaugh named Director of Provisioning

Today Steve Slabaugh was appointed as Director of Provisioning. He will officially take over full responsibilities of Director of Provisioning on January 1 including some new responsibilities in costing.

U4 soon to be able to report directly to credit bureaus

After years of subcontracting our collection procedures outside of U4 we will be handling all collection procedures inside. One of the advanced functions will allow us to report directly to the credit bureaus from our office. It is exciting news for our collections department.

42 Days until U4 releases its new website

Today we redirected all websites to the countdown of our new site. U4 last updated its website in 2003. www.u4corp.com is in many cases automatically updated when we update information from within our company. We are aiming to have this as our number one location to inform our customers with what U4 is doing and information about products. Many companies have multiple websites and multiple billing systems, not U4. We have designed our site to integrate everything within our one site. Watch our site grow.
